Onstage Innovators' Contest

Globe Forum Gdansk 28-29 October

If your company is innovative and work with a sustainable solution we welcome an application from you to the first Polish edition of the Onstage Innovators´ Contest during Globe Forum.

10 international innovative companies whose solutions have a positive impact on the environment will be selected for the contest. At least 5 of those places are reserved for Polish companies.

The format of the presentations will be 1-minute “elevator pitches”, in English and unaided (no PowerPoint etc.). The innovators will also reply to questions from a Panel of Experts and the audience.

What are we assessing in this contest?

The 20 innovators selected for interviews in October will be the ones having the most interesting innovations with an high impact on the environment.

Working with innovators we are aware of the high importance of sales presentations. A common rule is that you only have 15 seconds to catch the interest of another person. For innovators with new solutions and new markets we know that it is a huge challenge but we are aware of that´s crucial in being successful with selling the solution and finding the investors. That´s why we have 60-second sales presentation as the final moment in this contest.

Why should you apply?

Except from being a really developing thing to take part of, the contest will increase your chances of finding new investors and customers among the very qualified Globe Forum audience.

The best performance will be rewarded with the audience prize, consisting of a participation in all international Globe Forum meetings planned in 2010.
